Charlton Motel

Charlton Motel is a well-established, clean, and family/pet-friendly motel located on the southern boundary of Gore, Southland.

The motel offers self-contained apartments with a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Each apartment has a seating area with satellite TV and a DVD player. The motel provides daily servicing of all apartments. The motel can accommodate up to seven people.

The motel offers a designated smoking area and has both non-smoking and family rooms. The motel has key access, 24-hour security, and CCTV outside the property and in common areas. The motel has fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. The motel also offers grocery deliveries for an additional charge.
