City Memorial Bowls Club

The City Memorial Bowls Club, located in Warrnambool, Victoria, was established in 1950.

It has recently undergone a major redevelopment, including the addition of a double PVC membrane roof over Greens A and B, making it an all-weather facility. The club now features the state-of-the-art Dome, which opened in 2019 and includes two undercover bowls greens, a bar, and a function room. Along with its excellent clubhouse facilities, the club offers lawn bowls both outdoor and under the dome. The City Bistro, a fully licensed bistro, is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, serving a range of dishes including seafood, pasta, steak, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options. The Starlight Cafe, also located within the club, offers a variety of light meals, snacks, and beverages. The club is community-focused and offers more than just lawn bowls. It has a function room available for hire, accommodating up to 200 guests, and hosts various events such as trivia nights, live music, and community events.
