Welcome to Cottan-Bimbang National Park, located in New South Wales, Australia.

This park was previously a state forest and is situated on the eastern escarpment. It covers a vast expanse of tall old-growth eucalypt forest, rainforest, and high conservation value ecosystems.

The park offers ample opportunities to explore and observe its unique flora and fauna. It is home to threatened frog species, yellow-bellied gliders, and koalas. The park's temperate rainforests are also known for the walking stick palm, locally known as 'Cottan-bimbang'. For nature enthusiasts, Cottan-Bimbang National Park provides numerous recreational opportunities. The Myrtle Scrub Road is a 15-kilometer circuit that connects with the Oxley Highway. Visitors can enjoy the park's picturesque surroundings and have a family-friendly barbeque or picnic at Stockyard Creek on the Oxley Highway. There are public toilets available in this area. Picnicking next to Cells River on Myrtle Scrub Road is also an option, with a designated clear area for this purpose. Overnight camping is possible at Maxwells Flat on the Causeway Road, where a long drop toilet is available.
