Defence of Sydney Tour

Located in North Head Sanctuary in Manly, the fort was part of a defence system during World War II. On this tour, you will be guided through the heritage gun emplacements, the 200-metre-long military tunnel complex and the underground bunker. Our knowledgeable guides will demystify the secrets of this once-shrouded facility, which has been faithfully restored by our specialist volunteers. The all-ages Defence of Sydney Tour runs from 10:30am, 11:30am, 1pm and 2pm every Sunday. Groups of 10 or more are welcome to join the tour - simply complete our large group tour request form!
