Diamond Head Beach

The Diamond Head Loop Track is a scenic walking trail accessible from the beach. It stretches across the rocky headland south to Kylies Beach, offering stunning views of the beach and coastline. Diamond Head Beach is accessible by four-wheel drive vehicles from the campsite in the south and Dunbogan in the north. Visitors can obtain this pass from the park or purchase it online beforehand.

While Diamond Head Beach is an all-year-round destination, the best time to visit is from September to April when the weather is warm and dry. During these months, visitors can enjoy swimming, fishing, and sunbathing on the beach. To get to Diamond Head Beach, visitors can take a 4WD track from the campsite in the south or Dunbogan in the north. Parking is available at the campsite.
