The Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Fully Funded Group Exercise Program
The DVA is offering a 52-week program designed to improve physical health & wellbeing for returned service members, peacekeepers & those covered under the ADF firefighter scheme.
You may be eligible to join the Heart Health group program with other participants in the Wanneroo and Joondalup area, and will be run by the team at Rejuven8 Health & Fitness Clinic. You will be provided an opportunity to exercise as part of a group and receive monthly tutorials about healthy lifestyle topics that will benefit your heart health and general fitness. If you would like to register to join this group, contact the team at Corporate Health Management who manage the program on behalf of the DVA on 1300 246 262.
Am I eligible?
The Heart Health Program is open to all returned service members and peacekeepers and those covered under the ADF firefighter scheme. All participants need to get a medical clearance form, provided by the program, completed by their GP before starting the program.
If you have participated in a program previously, you are welcome to register again.
