Description

Situated in the beautiful landscape of Tasmania’s fertile North-West Coast the family run vineyard is committed to creating premium wine with passion, care and thought squeezed into every drop.

After years of bumper broccoli crops, imported Sassafras local, Rob Nichols was easily convinced by his family to diversify and plant a somewhat different crop. A bottle of wine may have been involved… The first vines were planted in 2018 on a patch of otherwise unproductive land on the property tended by Rob and Sue Nichols. The vineyard sits atop a rocky outcrop looking across Eastford Creek and out at the prime fertile agricultural land of the North West Coast. The wine has been hand-crafted in small batches on-site by their award-winning wine maker, whose high standards ensure you only get the best there is to offer. A love of the land and the history of the location is evident in the re-imagining of the on-site Granary and Pumpkin Sheds into the cellar door and weddings and events spaces with a rustic feeling which connects to the heritage and beauty of the landscape.
