Elderton Wines - proudly owned and operated by the Ashmead family. Elderton is a winery located in the absolutely stunning Barossa Valley wine region, in South Australia. Established in 1982, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, grenache, merlot, mourvedre, riesling, semillon, shiraz, fortified and rosé. Each year, approximately 45 000 cases are produced under labels that include Elbourne Wines. Elderton welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have accommodation available to stay at on site, a restaurant and gallery to spend time in and picnic and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
