Established in 1992, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, pinot noir and shiraz. Each year, approximately NA cases are produced. Ensay Winery welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
