One of the trails at Goomboorian National Park is the Goomboorian Forest Road Circuit. It is an 11.3 km trail that takes around three to four hours to complete. With an elevation gain of 380 meters, it offers a moderate hike and a good workout. The trail starts off overgrown and slippery but improves in the second half, providing shade and a pleasant walk, ride, or run in the bush. It includes some steep hills that add interest and get your heart rate up.

To get to Goomboorian National Park, you can drive approximately 160 km from Brisbane, Queensland. Take the Gympie exit from the Bruce Highway and follow the Mary Valley Link Road to Goomboorian Road. The park entrance is about 10 km from there.
