Harman's Valley Lookout Hamilton, located 4 kilometers north of Byaduk Township along the Hamilton-Port Fairy Road, offers a breathtaking view of one of the world's best examples of lava flow constricted by a valley.
At the lookout, visitors can experience stunning views of the valley from various angles, stroll down designated pathways and bridges for the best views, learn about the local geography from informative boards, and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the area.
The lookout is open year-round, but it is recommended to visit during the warmer months of spring and summer for mild and pleasant weather.
To get to Harman's Valley Lookout, visitors can easily access it off the Hamilton-Port Fairy Road with ample parking spaces. From Hamilton, it's a 24-kilometer drive north, and from Port Fairy, it's a 16-kilometer drive southwest on the Hamilton-Port Fairy Road.
