There are numerous activities to enjoy at Harrington Beach. The popular Harrington break wall offers stunning ocean views and is a great spot for walking and fishing. Visitors can also take advantage of the fish cleaning facility located at the beginning of the break wall.
The picturesque Harrington Lagoon is another attraction in the area, providing a safe swimming spot for families, especially during the warmer months. A rainforest walk from Crowdy Street to Harrington Lagoon is also available, with parking facilities provided.
The best time to visit Harrington Beach is during the warmer months, when the Harrington Lagoon is most popular for swimming.
To reach Harrington Beach State Park, visitors can take Harrington Road. 4WD vehicle access to the beach is available just north of the Harrington Beach Holiday Park. Vehicles on Beach Permits can be obtained at Ritchies Bait and Tackle or MidCoast Council.
