Established in 1996, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, pinot gris, pinot noir, riesling, shiraz and sparkling. Each year, approximately 550 cases are produced under labels that include Hentyfarm. Herbert Vineyard welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a restaurant to spend time in and a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
