Established in 1986, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay and merlot. Each year, approximately 2000 cases are produced under labels that include Hidden Creek. Highbank welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
