The trail begins at Unnaroo Street, near the Primary School, and stretches for approximately 3.5 km, ending back at the same location. Visitors can park their cars on the street or can easily access the location using public transportation.
The trail starts by heading north through the underpass and taking the footpath leading through the park all the way to the shared path up to Calume Street. Visitors should head left along Calume Street, sticking to the footpaths, which will bring them back to Unnaroo Street. Visitors should continue along Unnaroo Street, past the Primary School, then turn right into Kurrawa Street. Continue to the end of the street and turn right onto Milana Street. The trail continues past Wendo Court, and visitors should take care crossing Carvie Street before walking through the pedestrian access way.
