Established in 1995, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, grenache, semillon, shiraz, shiraz cabernet, viognier, fortified and dessert. Each year, approximately 1500 cases are produced under labels that include Hither & Yon.
