Total refurbishment of a home in the Vines The brief was to refresh the tired kitchen, modernise the look of the home, refresh the paintwork and redecorate from scratch.

An industrial - eclectic them was chosen for the makeover.

Kinzone updated the kitchen by replacing the splashback with concrete look tiles and replacing the old melamine benchtop with white stone.  We added a black sink and stove for contrast and industrial pendant lighthing and barstools.

All the window treatments were updated.  White shutters in the dining and family areas and soft grey curtains with sheers in all the other rooms.  We replaced carpets in the bedrooms and added Jarrah flooring in the dining room.

The terracotta tiles throughout the remainder of the home were left due to budget constraints.  We however used a number of rugs to warm up and define areas.

Each room was furnished in an eclictic fashion with a nod to the industrial look.

The clients are delighted with the resulting welcoming, warm and stylish home.
