Hotel Corones

Hotel Corones is a heritage-listed hotel located at 33 Wills Street, Charleville, Shire of Murweh, Queensland, Australia.

It was designed by William Hodgen junior and built from 1924 to 1929 by day labor. The hotel is also known as Corones Hotel Norman and was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 1 July 1997. The hotel features a bar with stained-glass windows and a restaurant.

The accommodation at Hotel Corones includes clean and comfortable rooms, with first-floor rooms featuring en-suites and newly refurbished ground-level motel rooms. The motel units at the back of the property have tiled floors, appropriate for the Queensland climate. Guests can enjoy free WiFi, bistro meals, a bar, bottle shop, and tours.

The interior of the hotel retains its original detailing, and the foyer has silky oak. The hotel also features a hall, ballroom, lead light/s, furniture/fittings, and other significant components. The hotel's design period was from 1919 to the 1930s (interwar period), and it has been in historical and social use since 1924.
