Injune Lagoon Walk

The Injune Lagoon Walk is a picturesque 1.2km trail located just 380 metres from the town centre of Injune.

It offers a tranquil bush setting and the opportunity to observe local wildlife and a peaceful lagoon. The walk is suitable for people of all fitness levels and there is outdoor fitness equipment available along the path. Visitors can bring their own food for a picnic at the lagoon and are encouraged to bring binoculars for a closer look at the birds and wildlife.

The walk is open year-round and there is no cost to visit. The best time to go is during the early morning or late afternoon when it's easier to spot the animals and bird life. Visitors should be aware of extreme temperatures during the Australian summer months and take precautionary measures.

To get to the Injune Lagoon Walk, visitors can walk east along 2nd Avenue from the town centre and cross the bridge over the lagoon. Alternatively, there is a designated car park next to the lagoon for those who prefer to drive.
