Ideally located in the depths of the magnificent Karijini National Park is the new and unique Karijini Eco Retreat. The retreat offers a selection of affordable accommodation options, tours and quality facilities whilst complementing and harmonising with the natural and rugged outback setting.
After a day of exploring,join us for a relaxed drink and chat at the bar and a scrumptious meal in our outback alfresco restaurant offering a unique dining experience and quality cuisine with a distinctly Australian twist. Be the outback chef on the communal grill and prepare your own Scotch Fillet or Barramundi to your liking; or order straight from the kitchen and enjoy the service! Breakfast,dinner and packed lunches are available daily along with a selection of drinks, snacks, supplies and souvenirs from the kiosk and tour desk.
Accommodation
Our furnished Eco Tents with full en-suite offer a taste of luxury in the outback. These spacious tents offer top of the range king, twin or bunk beds with full linen, bedside tables and blanket box, natural ventilation and an outdoor deck complete with table and chairs. Campsites (non-powered) are provided for the traditional campers who prefer to pitch their own tent or bring their own caravan or camper. Quality share showers, flushing toilets and a BBQ Bush Kitchen with undercover preparation and seating areas are provided.
All campsite guests are welcome to make full use of the restaurant,bar and kiosk or join one of the exciting adventure tours available for purchase from the tour desk.
Karijini National Park is 1400kms north of Perth in the spectacular Pilbara region is is an iconic National Park & the second largest in WA. The Park boasts breathtaking scenery from spinifex covered plains to contrasting hues of red ochre and striking blues in sheer sided chasms and cavernous gorges.
Karijini Eco Retreat is within walking distance of Joffre Gorge and is the perfect base to explore Dales Gorge featuring Fortescue Falls and Fern and Circular Pools. Oxer Lookout and the renowned Handrail Pool at Weano Gorge are recommended or experience the majesty of Mt Bruce.
