Komur is a Turkish restaurant located in Ascot Vale, Victoria.

The restaurant is known for its Turkish barbecue, with a focus on the Adana kebab, which is spiced minced lamb molded onto a shish and cooked over open coals. The owner, Emir Uker, uses a 70-30 percent meat-to-fat ratio for his Adana kebabs to impart flavor, texture, and hold. The menu features a variety of other dishes, including smokey meats, fresh salads, chips, chicken shish, lamb shish, lamb cutlets, falafel bowl, grilled tomatoes and chillies, coban salad, and chicken wingettes. The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Thursday from 5 pm to 9 pm and Friday to Sunday from 12 pm to 9 pm.
