La Casetta

In true A-La-Carte tradition, each meal is made as ordered. Nothing is pre-cooked, each meal is made to your liking, and the portions generous. From fresh pastas, to sumptuous seafoods, thick tender steaks and flamboyant chicken, each mouthful will delight your palate.

In 1968, 298 Cambridge Street Wembley was opened by John and Ezia as a Cafe, John's Hacienda. 1978, saw the name change to La Casetta, and the cafe became an A-La-Carte Restaurant.

La Casetta is a fully licensed Restaurant, with a seating capacity of approximately 80 people. Open for lunch Tuesday to Friday and for Dinner Tuesday to Saturday. Rich in ambience, the restaurant is split into two areas, an upper floor and lower. The upper floor houses a landscape lead light, a two toned mirror and an aquarium. The lower floor, has two large wrought iron mirrors, in which the two lower aquariums can be seen in reflection, teamed with the La Casetta signature grapes that are found in the lead light front windows. Rich burgundy and crisp white linen cover intimate table tops, and incredible ornate chandeliers add subtilty.

A lounge area in front of the bar, allows you to sit and enjoy pre-dinner drinks while waiting for guests. Through glass panel doors you will find a small outdoor area, dusted with fairy lights, for those who prefer to eat outside on a warm Perth night.

La Casetta Restaurant also features an A-La-Carte Take Away menu, allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal in the comfort of your own home. Or to cater your own dinner party.
