Description
Lake Nillahcootie is a manmade reservoir located in Victoria, Australia, near Mansfield in the Alpine region. The dam that creates the lake was designed and constructed in 1967 by the State Rivers and Water Supply Commission of Victoria. It is a rock and earth-fill embankment dam with a height of 34 meters (112ft) and a wall made up of 298 thousand cubic meters (10.5×10^6 cu ft) of rock and earth.
