Loch Vista Bed & Breakfast is a villa-style accommodation located on 4 acres of rural land, just a 5-minute drive north of Te Anau, New Zealand.

The property is conveniently located on the Milford Sound highway, making it an ideal base for exploring Milford Sound, Fiordland National Park, and the surrounding area. The villa overlooks beautiful Lake Te Anau and the Murchison Mountains, offering stunning panoramic views of the ever-changing scenery.

The property offers three Queen bedrooms, all with private en suites. Two of the guest rooms feature doors which open onto a patio, where guests can sit in the native garden and enjoy the views and bird life. All rooms have free WiFi and Smart TVs. The shared lounge area is available for guests to use and relax and read a book from the small library. Loch Vista has a large common lounge and outdoor areas where guests are free to relax and enjoy.

A complimentary continental breakfast is provided each morning of your stay, which can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar overlooking the lake. The host, Phil Smith, enjoys sharing his Fiordland local knowledge with guests. Te Anau town centre is just a 5 km drive from Loch Vista, where there is a great selection of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops.
