The first task was to rehabilitate the vineyard and build a Cellar Door and restaurant. Open from Friday to Monday, the winery offers unique wines in the Yarra Valley. Tony Indomenico, the winery's viticulturist, is responsible for the vineyards. The restaurant at Many Hands Winery serves some of the best Italian cuisine in the Yarra Valley, including antipasti, pasta, pizza, tiramisu, and panna cotta.
