Montara is a winery located in the picturesque Grampians wine region, in Victoria. Established in 1970, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, pinot noir, riesling, sauvignon blanc, shiraz and sparkling. Each year, approximately 3000 cases are produced under labels that include Montalto, Montalto Pennon Hill and Montalto Single Vineyard. Montara welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a restaurant to spend time in and picnic facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
