Mother Beddock Rock Bowen is a popular 4.7 km loop trail located in the Edgecumbe Heights Recreation Reserve near Bowen, Queensland, Australia.

The trail is ideal for hiking and walking, offering stunning views of Horseshoe Bay and surrounding bays. It takes approximately 1 hour 11 minutes to complete, with an elevation gain of 102 meters.

The trail features a variety of terrains, including sand, rocks, and dirt. It winds through scenic coastal landscapes, providing natural outlooks and viewpoints. The area is perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially during the winter months. Along the way, hikers can also explore historical sites like the WWII Radar Lookout.
