There are several accommodation options near Myall Beach, including the Cape Tribulation Beach House. This beachfront resort offers beachfront dining, beach volleyball, and an onsite family restaurant called Tides Bar and Grill.

Facilities at Myall Beach are limited, with no public toilets or showers available. Visitors are advised to bring their own drinking water and sunscreen.
