A family-owned café in Cambridge Rouge Cafe is a warm and welcoming family-owned café located at 11 Empire Street in Cambridge, New Zealand.

It was established by Alana and Phil MacKay in June 2009, with assistance from Alana's parents David and Pamela McCathie. The café’s cozy environment, delectable food and drinks, and incredibly thoughtful service make it a favorite amongst both locals and tourists.

The café's menu offers an assortment of scrumptious breakfast items, an enticing selection of cabinet food, and an array of lunch options. Indulge in pork belly benedict with rosti, creamy mushroom and chicken pasta, fresh chicken and ham sandwich, or others. Free-range eggs, chicken, and bacon are used in the dishes to ensure quality. Quality organic milk from Green Valley helps add an extra touch of freshness. You can also treat yourself to a latte or cappuccino made from quality and fairly traded organic coffee beans from local coffee company Essenza.
