The accommodation staff is fluent in Chinese and English. Smoking and parties/events are not allowed, and quiet hours are enforced. No cots or extra beds are available, and there is no age restriction for check-in, but only children 6 and older are allowed. Cash is not accepted, and Twin Stars only accepts cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
