The accommodation offers high-quality rooms and apartments, some of which are furnished with a kitchenette. The King Suite with Balcony is self-contained with a full kitchen. The rooms are designed to provide guests with a trouble-free world of rest and peace, away from the city noise.

TePopo Gardens & Accommodation is located 15 minutes' drive from Stratford's supermarkets and eateries. As it is a rural retreat, there is no mobile phone reception, but free unlimited WiFi is provided in all accommodation rooms. Guests can enjoy wandering the 34-acre gardens at the property, where there are African animal sculptures throughout. The gardens feature fern gullies, waterfalls, ponds, a suspension bridge, forest trails, native birds, and carpets of bluebells.

TePopo Gardens & Accommodation offers a year-round retreat for guests to enjoy the beautiful Mount Egmont and the Taranaki region. The owners are proud to care for Taranaki’s pre-eminent woodland garden, surrounded by rainforest and deep river gorges. Guests can book dinner in advance and purchase a cooked breakfast. There is also an onsite café with cold drinks and ice creams.
