Westport is a small town situated on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island. You can get there by car, bus, or train. If you're driving from Nelson, take the coast road (State Highway 60) for a scenic journey through picturesque coastal villages and stunning views of the Tasman Bay. If you're coming from Christchurch, take State Highway 7 through the Lewis Pass and turn left onto State Highway 6 at Springs Junction.
