Description
Small campground, approximately 1km south of the Yardie Creek crossing, that can only be accessed by four-wheel-drive vehicle.
Campsites are in very high demand from Easter to October. Bookings must be made online prior to arriving at the campground.
AccessAccess from the north and to the other attractions of Cape Range National Park requires crossing the tidal Yardie Creek on soft, shifting sand and cannot be guaranteed. Crossing is at your own risk and should not be attempted by anyone without the appropriate skills, experience and equipment. Check the Bureau of Meterology for tide predictions. Retrieval of bogged vehicles can be expensive and will be at your cost.
