Oxley Scenic Lookout, formerly known as Oxley Park, is a must-visit attraction situated in East Tamworth.

The Oxley Scenic Lookout base camp is a great starting point for the Kamilaroi Walking Track. The track winds its way through the bushland of Oxley Park, linking sightseeing spots like the Botanic Garden, Marsupial Park, Oxley Lookout, and Flagstaff Mountain over several kilometers. The track is challenging in some sections, and visitors might require moderate fitness levels to complete the journey.
Facilities such as public toilets and picnic areas are available for visitors to relax and rejuvenate. The lookout's parking lot is spacious and can accommodate several vehicles at once. The Lookout is accessible every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
