Established in 1999, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include pinot gris, pinot noir, riesling and shiraz. Each year, approximately 1500 cases are produced under labels that include Paracombe Premium Wines. Paradigm Hill welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
