Pawprint Chocolate remains a wholly family owned and run business
Kelly Howard (owner) attended formal Chocolatier training in Melbourne to further develop her skills and learn about the science and art of chocolate making. Yael Angwin has also been trained in the art of chocolate-making and is the full-time Chocolatier at Pawprint.
Pawprint only uses high quality couverture chocolate and sustainably sourced products, The Pawprint production team tempers the chocolate and sources fresh and preserved whole foods which are prepared, roasted, toasted, sliced, diced and blended.
The whole foods and infusions then sit within and on top of the couverture chocolate. Each style of chocolate and whole-food flavour has been tested and trialled to achieve the ultimate flavour profile.
