Description
The Peninsula Link Trail is a 25km route that offers a scenic walking and cycling experience.
Starting in Frankston, the trail takes you through parks, reserves, and natural bushlands, showcasing the region's beauty. Along the way, you'll come across temporary and permanent art installations, including notable sculptures at Skye Road and Cranbourne Road in Frankston. Several parks with playgrounds provide perfect spots to rest and connect with nature. Once you reach Moorooduc Train Station, you can take a heritage train ride to Mornington and explore the Moorooduc Coolstores. The trail is enjoyable to visit throughout the year, offering a peaceful escape on warm days and a chance to appreciate the natural scenery in cooler weather. To access the trail, start at Frankston, which can be reached by train or car. Cyclists and pedestrians can easily access the trail's start point, while drivers can find parking at various entry points along the route.
