Poly

Poly is a wine bar located in Surry Hills, Sydney, opened in 2018.

It is situated in the Paramount Building and is the sibling of Ester, a well-known restaurant in Chippendale. Poly has a sophisticated and cool vibe, with elegant neutrals and a few pops of color.
