Pomona Distilling Co is a distillery and bistro located in Pomona, Queensland.

The distillery focuses on artisan methodology, taking the time to bring careful consideration into every step of the distilling process. The venue is situated in the historical site of the original Pomona Bakery in the early 1900s, and it delivers a relaxed atmosphere with delectable food and an extensive array of drinks ideal for any time of the day. The bistro offers a menu that takes a pinch of the classics and spices them up with an elegant Pomona Goddess-inspired flavor, shaking it together with the best fresh local ingredients. Guests can enjoy tasty pancakes, flija, and doughnuts, as well as a selection of good rose gin, draft beer, or craft beer. The Pomona Dry Gin, Malibu, Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice, Mint, and Soda is a popular cocktail. Cocktails are around the $18 mark, and a cocktail jug is $35. The venue has plenty of seating outside and undercover, and it is kid-friendly. Guests can enjoy a clean and modern/new venue with a great vibe, awesome food, and drinks. The distillery is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, open from 12:00 to 21:00 on Wednesdays to Fridays, and open from 11:00 till late on Saturdays.
