Shadowfax Winery

Shadowfax Winery is a boutique winery located in Werribee South, Victoria, just 30 kilometers from Melbourne.

Established in 1999, the winery is situated in the heart of Werribee Park, which features acres of exquisite formal gardens, the Victoria State Rose Garden, the Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre, and a luxurious mansion. Shadowfax Winery is dedicated to producing quality, handcrafted wines that express the characteristics of the vineyards in which they are grown. The winery features a restaurant that offers a range of cuisine and drinks. The menu includes a variety of dishes, such as wood-fired pizzas, slow-cooked lamb shoulder, and grilled barramundi, as well as a selection of desserts. The restaurant also offers a range of drinks, including Shadowfax wines, beers, and cocktails. In addition to the restaurant, Shadowfax Winery also features a cellar door where visitors can taste and purchase the winery's handcrafted wines. The cellar door is open daily from 11 am to 5 pm. Visitors can also take a tour of the winery and vineyards to learn more about the winemaking process and the characteristics of the vineyards in which the grapes are grown.
