Signature Wines

Signature Wines is a family owned winery with vineyards in the world-renowned Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale regions of South Australia.

The Adelaide Hills vineyard, situated in the old town of Mount Torrens, 50km from Adelaide produces some of the state’s best cool climate wines including; Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Chardonnay and Gordo Blanco. With 35 hectares of vines at an elevation of 400 to 500 meters above sea level, the vines offer a unique complexity which can be reflected in the taste of our wine.

The Barossa Valley vineyards are located between Williamstown and Mount Pleasant (64 km from Adelaide). These vineyards offer some of the richest soil composition allowing the best wine to be made through it’s clay loam through to sandy catchments at a size of 24 hectares with varieties ranging from Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon
