Square Rock

Square Rock Tharwa is a beautiful destination located in Namadgi National Park.

The best time to visit Square Rock Lookout is between November and April when the weather is mild and pleasant. To reach Square Rock, it is just an hour's drive from Canberra city. Before starting any bush walk, it is recommended to visit the Namadgi National Park Visitors Centre. There, visitors can obtain the latest track conditions, weather updates, local information, and detailed maps. Additionally, hot and cold drinks and snacks are available at the Visitors Centre.
