St Werburgh’s Chapel in Mount Barker was built as a place of worship for the original settlers of the area. Examine the excellent craftsmanship and study the history of the church. If your visit falls on a day of worship, attend one of the chapel’s regular services which are still held by candlelight as the chapel has never had electricity.
