Stoic Brewing

Stoic Brewing is an independent family-owned and operated micro-brewery located in the scenic seaside town of Gerringong, New South Wales.

Founded in 2018 by father and son Steve and Andrew, the brewery aims to create a space where the community can come together and enjoy. Situated at 6/45 Rowlins Road, Gerringong, NSW 2534, Australia, Stoic Brewing offers a range of beers, including an easy-drinking Red IPA with a well-balanced combination of malt and hop featuring delicate flavors and aromas of malty caramel and passionfruit. In addition to alcoholic beverages, the brewery also provides non-alcoholic options like soft drinks and juices. The venue itself is spacious, offering indoor and outdoor seating areas. The outdoor area is particularly ideal for enjoying the beautiful scenery and fresh air while sipping on a cold beer. Stoic Brewing features a bar area where customers can order drinks and food. Although they do not offer a full food menu, they do have a selection of snacks and light bites available, such as cheese platters, chips, and nuts. Customers are also welcome to bring their own food or order from nearby restaurants and cafes to enjoy with their drinks.
