The Brook Bar and Bistro

The Brook Bar and Bistro combines classic Bistro dining with a sophisticated lounge, relaxing beer garden and a state of the art sports bar to offer a variety of ambience all year round.

The Brook Bar and Bistro showcases a variety of innovative and ambient atmospheres to breathe new levels of class and sophistication into the centre of Ellenbrook. The primary objective of the project was to provide a venue to compliment the essence of Ellenbrook, allowing people of the local community to come together on a variety of occasions all year round. This was achieved through individual zones. Distinguished by ornate semi permeable feature screens, the raised lounge area provides intimacy while the pre-finished sleek white vertical fins to the restaurant compliment the Sculptural Armourcoat feature wall and black and white carpet evocative of classical bistro dining.

The Beer garden and garden bar provides a summer counterpoint highlighted by lush gardens, a living green wall and a cool tropical oasis climate controlled by modern heating systems to extend the outdoor comfort long into the winter months.
