Torlesse Wines is a family-run winery located in Waipara, New Zealand, just 1 hour north of Christchurch.
The winery produces high-quality wines, including Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc, which are made and bottled on-site at their Waipara Winery. The winery is named after Charles Torlesse, an early Canterbury resident, who gave his name to the Torlesse mountain range that partly circles the Canterbury Plains. Torlesse Wines is open seven days a week from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
