Unico Zelo creates hans crafted wines inspired by a land where texture is king, slave only to flavour and vitality.
Inspired by an intense passion for the land, our wines are crafted to showcase unique sites and soils that Australia has to offer - in styles that are typified by the life and culture of this sunburnt country - from varieties that require minimal intervention.
Following their passions for italian-inspired, textural and site-expressive wines, they seek to create Australian examples of Mediterranean varieties in an approachable and jovial fashion.
