Wangaratta Common Nature Conservation Reserve

Wangaratta Common Nature Conservation Reserve is a large protected area in the northwest of Wangaratta.

It is known for its diverse plant life and opportunities for bird watching. The grassy Grey Box woodland in the higher parts of the reserve is home to a seasonal River Red Gum wetland and offers excellent bird watching opportunities.
