Wild Flower Gin Distilling

Wild Flower Gin Distilling is a small boutique distillery located in Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

The distillery prides itself on crafting exceptional, award-winning gin, including their Signature Gin, which is a subtle balance of juniper, citrus, and gentle hints of the distiller's backyard honey. The name "Wild Flower" is based on the subtle flavors added by the founder's bees as they visit Burleigh's flowers, allowing all locals the ability to contribute to the gin with the flowers in their own backyards. The Wild Flower team loves sharing their passion for craft distilling with visitors through one of their distillery tour and tastings, where visitors can learn about the distilling process and sample the gin. They also offer a Gin Making Masterclass where visitors can create their own gin from over 50 different botanicals. Visitors can purchase a bottle of gin online, through their stockists, or directly at the distillery cellar door. The venue offers a variety of drinks, including their award-winning gin, which can be enjoyed in a gin and tonic or in one of their signature cocktails, such as the venue's version of a negroni that uses barrel-aged oaked gin and dehydrated honey-soaked orange. They also serve their gin with Long-Ray's Australian native tonic, a low quinine brew. The distillery has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, with a tasting room and outdoor seating area where visitors can enjoy their drinks. The venue is also available for private events and functions.
