William’s Barbershop was founded by William Passarelli in 1996 with Salvatore (Sam) taking over the reins after working alongside him from 2008. Sam has been an established barber in Perth since 1980, Sam and his staff have the experience and passion for barbering to provide their clients the best of personalized and quality service.
